1.1 All of the artworks belong to the artist by legal rights. You are not allowed to re-sell the items for a higher price or make any kind of profit from them.
1.2 You may gift the purchased items.

2.1 Countries

2.1.1 If shipping is unavailable for any reason, you will be notified and fully refunded.
2.1.2 Everything is shipped from Estonia (Europe).

2.2 Delivery

2.2.1 After the package has been posted in the mail office it should be delivered within 3-14 days. The exact time is different for every country. Here are some delivery times per location: United States 6-8 days, China 6-8 days, Japan 4-6 days, European countries 2-4 days. From experience I can say that it always takes a bit longer.
2.2.2 The items are packaged safely. Shippings are tracked and insuranced.

2.3 Damaged or lost packages

2.3.1 I do not take responsibility for the lost and damaged packages. However, the local post office provides a maximum of 35€ refund in case of damaged or lost packages. Please provide evidence of the damage when contacting me.
2.3.2 If the package has not arrived after 14 days, please contact me via email or DMs. I will try to find out its location and status. In case the package is lost, the refund mentioned in 2.3.1 applies.
2.3.3 You can ask for a refund or a replacement item (depending on availability). Please let me know about your choice when contacting.

3.1 There may be additional taxes, customs or expenses when the package arrives to you, which is probably regulated accordingly by your country. Taxes are usually applied for deliveries between European and non-European countries. I do not take reponsibility for these additional costs.

__________ // 4. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS // __________

4.1 A full refund is issued only in case you cancel your order before it has been shipped or if it turns out the items can not be shipped out.
4.2 In case of damaged or lost packages, a refund of maximum 35€ can be issued. If the customer wishes, they can ask for replacement items for the sum, istead of a refund.
4.3 There is no return option.
